STEM Astoria Academy participants will conduct hands-on experiments using the Thames & Kosmos Chem C1000 curriculum and Chemistry set. Participants will conduct chemically inert laboratory experiments to uncover the interplay of elements with sodium carbonate. The colorful precipitates formed will solidify chemistry concepts and introduce the Periodic Table.
